What this site collects

This website is an information site. You can read every page without creating an account or giving us any personal information. The site does not set cookies and does not run advertising or cross-site tracking scripts. The analytics we use are described below.

The inquiry form

If you use the form on our custom and bulk orders page, we receive the details you type in: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, what you need, the rough quantity, the date you need it by and your message. We use that information only to reply to your inquiry and put together a quote. It is delivered to our team through a private notification channel, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone for marketing.

Purchases

We do not take payments on this website. When you choose a coffee, the buy button takes you to our store at rooferscoffee.shop, where checkout is handled securely through Stripe. Information you enter there is handled by that store and its payment processor under their own terms.

Hosting and server logs

The site is served through Cloudflare, which, like any web host, processes standard technical information such as IP addresses and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics. It counts page views, referring sites and device types so we can see which pages help visitors. It sets no cookies.

Cloudflare, which hosts the site, also adds its Cloudflare Web Analytics script, which measures visits and page load speed without cookies.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Questions about privacy can be sent through the inquiry form; choose “Something else” and tell us what you need.
