We built Roofers Coffee for the crew. These templates are for the office behind the crew: the owner who needs a contract that holds up, the sales manager onboarding a new class of reps, and the rep who has to keep an insurance claim moving.
What is in the collection
These are the roofing forms most companies end up building from scratch: a roofing contract template, a roof inspection report, a roofing estimate template and proposal examples, an insurance supplement letter and scope checklist, and the sales and safety forms that keep a crew accountable.
The templates cover the whole job. The contract packet handles the kitchen table: the roofing contract, a direction to pay, a third-party authorization and a homeowner overhead and profit letter. Sales rep tools and training cover the field, with a lead sheet, pipeline and commission forms, door scripts, and a 69-page sales training manual. Insurance and supplement forms keep claims organized, from adjuster meeting prep to a 70-item supplement justification guide. Field guides cover hail and wind inspections and shingle code requirements, safety templates cover a written program and fall protection plan, and manager and company documents round it out.
A separate set of public adjuster tools is written for licensed public adjusters only.
How the templates work
Each template is a real Word document with real tables, not a flat image you have to trace. The sample company in every file is ACME Roof Pros, with fictitious names and numbers, so you replace them with your own in a few minutes. Each product includes a two-page How-To-Use guide.
Bundles cost roughly 40 percent less than buying the same templates one at a time. The Complete Roofing Business Kit includes all 33 core sales, contract and company templates in one download.
